  • BP = blood pressure; ECG = electrocardiogram; SpO2 = pulse oximetry; INR = international normalized ratio (a measurement of the prothrombin time).

    The questionnaires are different in each one, made up of a set of two types of questions: with a yes/no answer (“Have you ever had a migraine?”) or better/same/worse (“How do you feel today with respect to yesterday?”). The archetypes for the messages sent by the doctors or in order to represent modifications in the treatment are not used in the templates.
